Policy of Process of the Personal Information

Purpose of Collection and Use of the Information
This site is open for free access to the contents without signing up for a membership.
However, the personal information will be collected partially for an access to member only contents through joining of the membership.   The personal information to be collected by the company is as follows.

A.Information collection to process an after sales service (A/S) request and inquiry about on-line distributor on homepage (www.ceragem.com)
(1) Collecting Item : Name, Phone Number, Address, Cell Phone Number, E-mail
(2) The following personal information can be generated automatically and collected while using the internet service.
- IP Address, Cookie, MAC Address, Service Usage Record, Visiting Record, Poor Usage Record, etc.
(3) Collecting Method: The methods to collect the personal information are as follows.
-  Request for A/S, Inquiry about on-line distributor, Phone Calls, Inquiry about how to use the service

Provision and sharing of the information to a third party
A. Our company does not use the collected information exceeding the purpose of collection and use of the personal information without the customer’s consent or provide the information to a third party, other companies and organizations.
B. In case our company provides the customer’s information to the affiliated companies or share with them for a better service, the company will inform the customer with details or request for the consent through the homepage. The company will not provide or share the collected personal information with the affiliated companies in any case without following this procedure.

Period of retention and use of personal information
A. The collected personal information will be destroyed after the purpose of the collection or provision is achieved. However, the company will retain the information for a certain period of time when necessary for the confirmation of the rights and obligations related to the transaction by the relevant regulations such as Commercial Law as follows.
1. Record of contract or withdrawal– 5 years     2. Record of payment and supply of commodity – 5 years
3. Record of customer complaints or dispute settlement – 3 years

Right to refuse the collection of personal information and request for a disposal of the personal information
A. The customer can request to read personal information, to correct the error, to delete and to stop processing the information.
B. The customer can refuse to collect and use of the personal information however the customer may not receive the information provided by the company due to non-consent.

Action for the security of the personal information
1. Managerial Action: Establishment of internal management plan, Implementation of plan, Regular training for  staffs and employees
2. Technical Action: Control of access to the personal information system(or the computer the personal information is stored.), Password control, Installation of security program such as Vaccine program, Encoding files with the personal information
3. Site Management:  Secure the stored place with lock, Site access control, etc.
